Andrea Lager, violin

Andrea Lager (apprentice 2) has a degree from South Suburban Community College, where she majored in music. She has received an NIU School of Music scholarship and begins studying here in fall 2009 with violin professors Mathias Tacke and Blaise Magniere. She has extensive teaching experience with the Northwest Indiana Suzuki School. She has performed with several orchestras and was a Young People’s Competition Winner with the Northwest Indiana Symphony twice.
