Fall registration is underway. The registration deadline is August 29. Check out the great new classes and ensembles available this year. We are proud to introduce the CSA Children's Choir, under the direction of NIU School of Music faculty member Mary Lynn Doherty. Also, check out the CSA Samba School, Around the World in Seven Weeks, and Group Piano for Adults.
Open House: The community school Open House is set for 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, in the Concert Hall Lobby. Enjoy a sample lesson or a class sampler. Ann Montzka-Smelser will present a talk on whether the Suzuki method is right for your child.
Summer camp season is over for another year and we had a great time! Watch for 2009 dates, coming this fall. Also, later in September we'll update our Facebook page with lots of photos from this summer.

As of September 1, Choir Day is full for 2008. We are collecting data to decide whether there is sufficient interest to expand the event to two days in future years, so please call (815) 753-1450 to let us know if you would have wanted to come if there had been space. If you would like to be on the waiting list for the 2008 event, complete the form and mail or fax it; do not send money.
