Collin Clauson (apprentice 2) is a jazz studies major at NIU where he studies with Willie Pickens. He has been a jazz pianist since he was in high school and also plays clarinet, saxophone, and guitar. He has performed at local jazz clubs in Minneapolis and has performed with the NIU Jazz Ensemble. He has taught private lessons since 2006 and enjoys teaching both classical and jazz piano to students of all ages.
