Served as director of multicultural affairs at Valparaiso University and Director of Diversity at the University of Chicago - Graduate School of Business. I have taught UNIV 101 and conducted a number of workshops on various diversity topics both on and off campus. In addition, received NIU's Deacon Davis Diversity Award. I serve as a change agent and facilitate interactive workshops that are enjoyable and educational.
