D'Andrea serves as director of development and senior gift & estate planning officer for the NIU College of Business.
He has worked in higher education development and promotion since 1991, including positions at the University of Chicago, Benedictine University and the Illinois College of Optometry where he quadrupled income from private giving and grants.
