The mission is four-fold:
This department seeks to promote organizational development and provide educational awareness programming for faculty and staff.
The department will provide an avenue for all employees within the Division of Finance & Facilities to confidentially voice and/or resolve conflicts, issues and barriers internally before seeking external remedies outside of the Division.
The department assist the Division of Finance and Facilities by providing communication instruments to allow Division departments the ability to share policies, announcements and achievements.
Finally, the department utilizes a stewardship philosophy, strategic vision and leadership in providing quality, customer-driven human resource services to support the Division.
