Emergency Planning Committee (EPC)
Mission
This Committee will become the Planning Team responsible for developing an effective emergency planning system for the Division of Finance and Facilities. The Team will establish policies, procedures and protocols critical for saving lives; protecting property and assisting our community to recover in the event of a natural and/or a biological/chemical disaster. The Plan will adhere to guidelines set forth by the University's Emergency Response Preparedness Plan (EOP), Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) and Fereral Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Service Enhancement Committee (SEC)
Mission
Our goal is to promote the mission and vision of the Division of Finance and Facilities and serve as an Advisory Committee to the Executive and Associate Vice Presidents in areas of event planning, communication, and staff development. This committee serves as a catalyst to further recognize the exemplary service of its employees and departments. Our guiding principles of respect, excellence, commitment and assessing the needs of our internal constituencies will lead to continuous improvement of communication and program planning within the division.
