Liz Reszinski is the Dining Room Manager and Marketing Manager of Asian Twist at Ellington’s.  She is a senior majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics at NIU.  After completion of her degree she would like to continue on to receive her Master’s and become a Registered Dietitian.  Nutrition and a healthy way of life are Elizabeth’s passion, especially seeing her mother and grandmother suffer with type 2 diabetes.  She is very excited to share our menu with you while providing a pleasant dining experience.

Julia Green

Julia Green is a junior in the nutrition and dietetics program.  She is minoring in kinesiology and hopes to work in the health and wellness field once she becomes a registered dietitian.  Julia loves to cook and tries to experiment with many different flavors.  Asian cuisine is one of her favorites and she is very excited to have the opportunity to offer a unique Asian dining experience at Ellington’s.

Barbara Domenella

Barbara Domenella is serving as the Sous Chef for Asian Twist.  She is a Junior majoring in Nutrition & Dietetics.  She has weight problems, but a few years back she lost a total of sixty pounds in the course of a few years.  Her dream is to hold a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics to help others with nutrition, eating habits, and weight loss goals.  She has taken cooking classes throughout High School and has worked in a restaurant for the past 3 years.  They have created an authentic and flavorful menu that takes various parts of Asian cuisine and incorporates them together.  They are excited to serve their delicious Asian cuisine to our guests and hope you enjoy it as much as they enjoyed creating it!
