    3-2oz medallions browned and cooked to perfection, served with steamed green beans and toasted pine nuts.

    A flour tortilla filled with pinto beans, rice, Monterey jack cheese served with a fiesta corn salsa, steamed green beans, toasted pine nuts and sour cream.
