  • Braised Greek Chicken and Artichokes with Greek Potatoes and Lemon Vinaigrette
    Herbed, seasoned chicken breast with artichoke hearts, served with a side of Greek lemon vinaigrette potato wedges. 
  • Vegetable Moussaka
    Eggplant medallions, Portobello mushrooms and vegetables seasoned and layered with Parmesan cheese and baked.

Desserts

  • Sifnos Cheese and Honey Tart
    A creamy cheese and honey tart, dusted with cinnamon. 
  • Date and Walnut Phyllo Rolls
    Decadent date, honey and walnut phyllo pastry rolls with a side of Greek yogurt drizzled with honey.
