- Collaborate with Curriculum Development Subcommittee to create a staff development plan that includes a needs analysis, implementation models and an evaluation process.
- Establish expectations for staff participation in professional development activities
- Determine professional development needs for fine arts/technology integration and teaching every child as if he/she were gifted.
- Develop a model for delivery of staff development services.
- Develop strategies for extending the professional development model beyond the Partnership school to all district buildings and staff.
