Partnership School Coordinating Committee
Charge
The Coordinating Committee establishes structure for the planning process; ensures excellent communication; creates tasks, timelines and reporting responsibilities for other committees; tracks progress, coordinates partnership evaluation and long-term planning; and presents final recommendations to the Board of Education and NIU President John Peters.
Detailed planning work will be carried out by two task-specific committees (Infrastructure Committee and Education Program Committee) and their key subcommittees, with wide representation from all stakeholders.
