Hot Dinner Buffet

$17.95 per person, minimum of 50 guests. Includes disposable service and standard linens. A $50 service fee will be applied if the minimum is not met. A $50 delivery fee will be applied to all events outside of HSC. China service upgrade available.

Hot dinner buffet includes:

  • Fresh Fruit Bowl
  • Mixed Green Salad with House Dressings, Caesar Salad, Mediterranean Tortellini Salad, or Strawberry Spinach Salad
  • Choice of one entrée (see selections below)
  • Chef's Choice Seasonal Vegetable
  • Holmes Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes, Parsely Red Potatoes, Wild Rice Blend, Jasmine Rice, Au Gratin Potatoes, or Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
  • Rolls and Butter
  • Assorted Dessert Bars
  • Iced Tea and Ice Water

A vegetarian entrée can be added for an additional $3.00 per person.

The Down Holmes Buffet

$17.95 per person, minimum of 50 guests. A surcharge of $50 will be added to the total if the minimum is not met. Includes HSC disposable service. China upgrade available for $5.00 per person.
