Examination Copies
Examination copy requests should be mailed or faxed on university letterhead to: Southeast Asia PublicationsBooks will be billed at the time of shipping, plus shipping charges, on a 30 day approval basis. If adopted, notification of such must be received within 30 days of invoice date along with the following information: name, complete address, and date ordered from the bookstore. Once this information is received, a reversal of billing will be applied to the original invoice. If not adopted, book (s) must be returned in clean, saleable condition within 30 days, and return shipping must be paid by customer. Books damaged due to poor packing will not be accepted and payment in full must be remitted. Once the book is received, a reversal of billing will be applied to the original invoice.
