Returns Policy
A. If an item is
damaged in shipping, hold the item and notify us of the problem. This will
enable us to place a claim with the shipper while also shipping you a replacement
item. No credits will be issued for the damaged item if we are not notified in
a timely fashion or if the item is returned to us without prior authorization.
B. If an item is
missing from the shipment but not so noted on the packing list, Southeast Asia
Publications must be notified within seven days at which time we will send the
missing item. If we have not been notified, the customer will be responsible
for the full invoice as billed.
C. Overstock returns
must be in salable condition in order to receive credit. Preauthorization is not
required for overstock returns.
D. Items sold as sets
(i.e. text book and accompanying audio cassette tapes) must be returned as sets in
order to receive credit.
