Payments may be made by check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard orders must include card holder name, account number, and expiration date. Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on banks with branches in the United States.

Shipping for current Crossroads and The Journal of Burma Studies subscriptions is included in the subscription price. Single issues of Crossroads are charged for shipping as regular books.

Books are normally sent UPS in the continental USA, and by surface shipping elsewhere. Special shipping arrangements, such as air parcel post, are charged the expected actual cost plus $5.00 per order.
