Online Presentation Request Form

CSDC staff members frequently give daytime and evening presentations to student organizations, residence hall floors, academic classes, and fraternities/sororities.

If you'd like to schedule a presentation for your group or class, please complete the form below. All presentation requests must be submitted to the CSDC 2 weeks prior to the presentation date. Of course exceptions will be made for any crisis intervention presentations or programs.
