Sharpe. Keith’s goal is to help everyone fully utilize the bag of tools they’ve been given and realize their unique sum of talents.

Keith comes from a background of developing training and work programs in both corporate and post-secondary settings. He most recently left a position as Training Manager at Cabela’s to return to school. He is a member of numerous engineering societies and has been honored for his teaching efforts with the Illinois State board of Education Outstanding Achievement Award and the Illinois Community College Board Award for Work Based Learning Excellence. He enjoys volunteering for the Carol Stream Food Pantry.

Keith has a passion for music. He holds a special place in his heart for jazz and banjo music, and enjoys playing saxophone and old-time banjo. He also busies himself training dogs and tending to his fish. He has been married for 22 years; looking forward to adding many more years.
