Students declaring a Major or Minor in Journalism may select courses that concentrate their academic experience in the area of broadcast news. The broadcast journalism "sequence" includes six academic courses taken during a four-semester period. Five of the courses are required by Journalism Majors and Minors for graduation. One is a recommended elective course.
