Allen May (J.D., University of Wisconsin-Madison). General Manager of Broadcast News, Northern Television Center. Allen has nearly 25 years of professional reporting experience in newspaper, radio and television, most recently in the award-winning Investigative Team at WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee, WI, and previously at Fox affiliate WFLD-TV in Chicago and ABC affiliate WISN-TV in Milwaukee. Recognition includes various awards from Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast Association, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Milwaukee Press Club. Allen is also a 1994 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and a former law clerk for the Dane County District Attorney. He teaches Advanced Television News Writing and Reporting, Advanced Television News Production, Television News Producing and Directing, and Mass Media Law. Jennifer Corvino (M.A., Media) is the News/ Technical Director for the Northern Television Center.  She is a TELLY Award winning editor and director and has worked in investigative documentary, film, television, and commercial advertisements/ PSA's. Doug Ball (Asst. Chief Instructional Media Systems Engineer) Technology is always evolving and that's what best describes our station engineer. His decade long commitment to the Northern Television Center, and hands on involvement, has helped us to implement cutting edge broadcast technologies. Our ability to provide regular programming is directly tied to his creative solutions, consistent support, and persistence.
