Project Judging – Duke Ellington Ballroom & Capitol Room
Project judging will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. We ask that all teachers, students, and parents exit the Duke Ellington Ballroom and Capitol Room by that time so the judges may begin. Judging of performances will begin immediately following the Welcoming Ceremony in the Sandburg Auditorium

11:00 – 2:30
Student Performances – Sandburg Auditorium
Open to public viewing.

Lunch – On your own.

1:30 – 2:30
Public Viewing of Projects –
Exhibits - Duke Ellington Ballroom & Capitol Room
Documentaries - Regency Room

3:00 – 4:00
Superior Projects Awards Ceremony - Sandburg Auditorium

Doors to the Duke Ellington Ballroom and Capitol Room will be locked during the Awards Ceremony.

Please have all projects removed from the room no later than 4:30 p.m.
