Learn field methods and integrative problem-solving related to environmental issues in Illinois and beyond. Gain hands-on experience with field equipment and other skills necessary for a career in an environmental field. This summer Northern Illinois University offers you the chance to learn from experts, at sites throughout northern and central Illinois. Student participants can earn four upper-division or graduate semester hours in environmental geoscience field methods. NIU co-sponsors this program with Illinois State University.

$2400 includes instruction, transportation between field sites and a partial room and board charges. Additional $400 living allowance will be charged for students needing housing during the DeKalb portion of the field camp. Application and $100 deposit due by March 31, 2007.
