Perpetrators of genocide have learned from their own "study" of genocide that they can commit the crime under the cover of war, in the name of self-defense, will receive impunity, can deny that they committed genocide, and that the world will forget.

    INSTITUTE DETAILS

The GHR Summer Institute for Teachers is designed to provide teachers with a two-week, intensive engagement with the pedagogical issues unique to teaching about genocide and human rights at all grade levels as well as substantive and meaningful exposure to the various dimensions of more than 25 different case studies of human rights violations and genocides.
