College Writing Summer Camp

July 8-13, 2018

The NIU College Writing Residential Camp for students entering grades 9-12 teaches effective strategies for navigating academic writing expectations at the collegiate level across several disciplines. Through writing sessions, lectures, discussion, and other activities, participants will earn to communicate clearly and persuasively and then practice these skills by drafting college admission essays.  This camp is not appropriate for remedial writers.
