Amanda Walsh is an academic counselor for the college's newly created Central Advising Office. Prior to that, she worked for the NIU Department of English, teaching first-year composition courses and tutoring developmental writers in the Writers' Workshop. She also spent nearly three years working for the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology's Dean's Office.
