Get off the couch! NIU offers students countless opportunities for exercise and other physical and recreational activity, even during the coldest months.

Our new 27-acre outdoor intramural sports complex, scheduled to open for the Fall 2013 semester, will feature lighted multi-use sports fields for soccer, rugby, flag football, lacrosse, baseball, softball and Ultimate Frisbee.
