I chose my major because … I love contributing to the success of colleges and universities. University policies, strategic plans, and visions excite me because of its direct impact on students.

My favorite thing to do on campus is … working with Campus Activities Board. I love interacting with students to enhance the social aspect of campus.

When I have free time, I like to … look at research in student affairs profession that could increase my knowledge of the field which contributes to the success I plan to have in the area.

One positive thing I have learned about myself since coming to NIU is … that I’m headed in the right direction. Since enrolling in the CAHE program, I’ve found reassurance that my area of study is truly one of my passions.

If I was guaranteed success, I would ... become a university president and bring landmark policies to the institution. I would bring policies and visions that would contribute to a student’s success in a holistic manner.

After graduation, I plan to … apply for a position in an area of student affairs to continue my contributions to the success of colleges and universities. I plan to also apply to a postgraduate doctorate program.
