Submit your yellow test accommodation by the deadlines listed below in order to use your accommodations through the CAAR office for your final exams. You do not need to submit a yellow form if the faculty will provide you with your reasonable accommodations on their own.
Due to the high volume of exams for which CAAR provides accommodations, we can not accept any yellow forms past the deadlines.
We encourage all students to start getting the final exam yellow accommodation forms completed and turned in to CAAR. We will accept the forms earlier than the deadlines.
Finals: Monday, 12/07/09 and Tuesday, 12/08/09 - deadline is: Wednesday, 12/02/09 by 3:00 p.m.
Finals: Wednesday, 12/09/09; Thursday, 12/10/09; Friday, 12/11/09; Saturday, 12/12/09 - deadline is: Thursday, 12/03/09 by 3:00 p.m.
The priority registration date for CAAR students will be Nov. 2, 2009. Registration appointments will be set in MyNIU the week of Oct. 19. If you do not have the Nov. 2 date by Oct. 23 on your MyNIU and you are a CAAR student, you should contact us so we can follow up with the Registration Office.
