Withdrawal Schedule for Reduction of Summer Charges

University Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last date your withdrawal from the university must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a Partial Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 8 Week Regular  June 21, 2012  July 19, 2012
 4 Week 1st Half  June 21, 2012  July 3, 2012
 4 Week 2nd Half  July 19, 2012  July 31, 2012

 

Course Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last date your withdrawal from a course must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a 25% Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 8 Week Regular  June 21, 2012  July 2, 2012
 4 Week 1st Half  June 21, 2012  June 28, 2012
 4 Week 2nd Half  July 19, 2012  July 26, 2012

 

Dynamic Dated, Special Courses, Short Courses:

The university may designate shorter reduction periods for dynamic dated classes, special courses, short courses, and other enrollments of a limited nature. The dates of the reduction periods for such non-standard classes will vary according to the start dates and length of the class session.
