Undergraduate/Graduate Withdrawal Schedule for Reduction of Spring Charges

University Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last business date your withdrawal from the university must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a Partial Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular January 24, 2014 March 24, 2014
 14 Week February 7, 2014 March 28, 2014
 8 Week 1st Half January 17, 2014 February 14, 2014
 8 Week 2nd Half March 21, 2014 April 18, 2014

 

Course Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last business date your withdrawal from a course must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a 25% Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular January 24, 2014 February 11, 2014
 14 Week February 7, 2014 February 25, 2014
 8 Week 1st Half January 17, 2014 January 27, 2014
 8 Week 2nd Half March 21, 2014 March 31, 2014

 

Dynamic Dated, Special Courses, Short Courses:

The university may designate shorter reduction periods for dynamic dated classes, special courses, short courses, and other enrollments of a limited nature. The dates of the reduction periods for such non-standard classes will vary according to the start dates and length of the class session.
