Undergraduate/Graduate Withdrawal Schedule for Reduction of Fall Charges

University Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last business date your withdrawal from the university must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a Partial Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular September 6, 2013 November 1, 2013
 14 Week September 20, 2013 November 6, 2013
 8 Week 1st Half August 30, 2013 September 27, 2013
 8 Week 2nd Half October 25, 2013 November 22, 2013

 

Course Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last business date your withdrawal from a course must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a 25% Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular  September 6, 2013 September 24, 2013
 14 Week September 20, 2013 October 8, 2013
 8 Week 1st Half August 30, 2013 September 9, 2013
 8 Week 2nd Half October 25, 2013 November 4, 2013

 

Dynamic Dated, Special Courses, Short Courses:

The university may designate shorter reduction periods for dynamic dated classes, special courses, short courses, and other enrollments of a limited nature. The dates of the reduction periods for such non-standard classes will vary according to the start dates and length of the class session.
