Truth-In-Tuition is for Illinois residents enrolling for the first time at NIU as degree-seeking undergraduates. Beginning with Fall 2004 semester, or any semester thereafter, students will be charged a fixed tuition rate for four continuous years beginning with their initial enrollment.
To determine your tuition rate, select the academic year of your initial enrollment as an in-state, degree-seeking student at NIU:
* All in-state, non degree-seeking students and post-baccalaureate students will be charged the most current tuition rate regardless of when they were intially enrolled at the University.
