Billing Address

All current students will be electronically notified through their official student email address approximately once a month when billings and correspondence are prepared. A student may elect not to receive an E-Bill by emailing their request through his/her official student email address, OR by making a request in-person at the Office of the Bursar. The request must include a billing address. All paper statements and correspondence will be mailed to the provided billing address.

Please Note: The student's financial account is always available for viewing online via MyNIU 24/7.

It is your responsibility to update your address with the university. An inaccurate address (local, permanent, or billing) may prevent or delay your receipt of critical and often time-sensitive materials. The official university address records are maintained by Office of Registration and Records. Address changes, local or permanent, should be submitted to Registration and Records; or, you can change your local or permanent address online via MyNIU.
