Information Technology Services (ITS) Customer Support Center provides assistance with technical problems in Blackboard.

• Call 815-753-8100 with problems relating to access, passwords, things not being displayed properly, etc.
• One can also email questions to helpdesk@niu.edu.

Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center can provide assistance with the pedagogical and teaching aspects of Blackboard.

• Email facdev@niu.edu with Blackboard questions.
• Submit your Blackboard question using the online question submission form.
• Faculty Development also offers a variety of workshops on teaching with Blackboard. Please check the list of upcoming Blackboard workshops.
