Known Issues in Blackboard NG

On May 29, 2011, the upgrade to Blackboard Next Generation (NG) was completed at NIU. This upgrade was the most significant since Blackboard was first introduced at NIU almost ten years ago.

Since the upgrade, a list of current known issues regarding Blackboard NG (Release 9.1) at NIU has been created and is available at www.niu.edu/blackboard/issues. ITS is aware of these issues and is working with Blackboard to provide fixes in future service packs to the system.
