Blackboard recommends using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. Mozilla,Netscape 4.07 + and Safari can be used but may display files differently from Explorer. AOL, MSN and other service providers frequently use stripped down browsers. It is NOT recommended that you access your course materials using the browsers inherent in service providers' systems.
Blackboard users who subscribe to an Internet service can use the provider for connecting to the Internet but should NOT use the supplied browser. Use your provider for connecting to the Internet, then minimize the window by clicking on the minus sign in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen 
; open Explorer and login to Blackboard.
