Spring 2013 Bus Trip Schedule

Friday May 17th, 2013, Chicago Cultural Heritage Museums II We continue our cultural tour around Chicago with the Indo American Center up on Devon Avenue, the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art and The Ukrainian National Museum - both located (of course) in the Ukrainian Village. We'll sample authentic local cuisine as we explore these vibrant chicago neighborhoods. Come join us for some cool culture and fabulous food! Bus leaves the School of Art parking lot at 8:30am; we'll return at 6:30pm. Members: $30;  Students and Seniors: $35; all Others: $40. Price includes museum entrance fees and transportation, meal costs on own.

Friday June 7th, 2013, Chicago Cultural Heritage Museums III In our third installment of our cultural heritage tours we'll visit The Swedish-American Museum and enjoy some Swedish meatballs (and the like) in Andersonville before we visit the Dank Haus in Lincoln Square. Beer, brats and all things German will be readily available! Bus leaves the School of Art parking lot at 9am; we'll return at 7:30pm. Members: $25;  Students and Seniors: $30; all Others: $35. Price includes museum entrance fees and transportation, meal costs on own.

Friday June 21st, Chicago Cultural Heritage Museums IV We conclude our jaunt around Chicago’s heritage museums with the Chinese-American Museum of Chicago and the Jane Addams Hull House at UIC. While we’re around, we’ll explore China Town and Little Italy. Bus leaves the School of Art parking lot at 8:30am; we'll return at 6:30pm. Members: $30;  Students and Seniors: $35; all Others: $40. Price includes museum entrance fees and transportation, meal costs on own.
