Copier Services: Huskie Bucks Cards
Directory Change or Update: Update faculty / staff information in the online Directory as well as the NIU Community Directory.
Document Services Storefront: NIU stationery, marketing materials (color, short run, custom prints), and office and class materials (black prints)
E-Mail Services: GroupWise Expanded and Resource Mailboxes, GroupWise Mobility, GroupWise Mailbox Restore, Mailing Lists, and IT Text Messaging delivered to your telephone
Problem Submission: Request assistance from the ITS Helpdesk. For problems that can be resolved in 1 or 2 business days. For urgent problems, call the HelpDesk at 815-753-8100.
Security Certificate: Request a security certificate from Computer Operations.
Servers: Virtual Server Request, Open Systems Restore
Software: Order software online.
Software Installation: Course or discipline specific software installation in ITS Labs and Smart Classrooms.
Work Order: Submit online for new service or changes to existing service.
