The NIU Student Alumni Association encourages lasting relationships with current students, a.k.a., "alumni-in-residence," and their future alma mater. In addition to promoting the Alumni Association's student-geared programs, such as Huskie-2-Huskie and Commencement Kickoff, SAA members sponsor "Grad Bash," a farewell party for graduating seniors, and Finals Week Survival SAAKs, among other activities.
