Commencement Buffet

Celebrate your graduation with a delicious meal at the Barsema Alumni & Visitors Center. All graduates, their families, and friends are invited to attend this buffet. The menu includes hand-carved boneless round of beef, poached filet of salmon with dill shallot butter, steamed red skin potatoes, seasonal vegetable chef medley, whole green beans, fresh fruit salad, mixed green salad with homemade croutons, and assorted desserts!

The cost is $15 per person. Seatings are at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Space is limited; reservations will be taken on a first-come, first -served basis.
