Online Tutorial on Academic Integrity
Certificate of Completion (back)
The Certificate of Completion is a record of completing the tutorial successfully in one session by answering 70% of the quiz questions correctly. The certificate is not a license or certification on academic integrity issues. The certificate must be printed before the tutorial is exited as the tutorial does not save user data or the data from their sessions.

After 70% of the quizzes have been completed successfully, a button titled "View final score / Get certificate" will be displayed for users to click on it to view their scores and obtain the Certificate of Completion.

Each user can enter his/her name and department or institution name for the prompts displayed on that page and click Submit. After clicking the Submit button, the website will display the certificate, which each user can print. The certificate will not include quiz scores but will include date of completion. The quiz scores displayed separately can be printed also. Click on the thumbails below to view enlarged samples of the score and certificate screens.

If a user could not complete 70% of the quiz questions correctly, the particular quizzes can be retaken in the same session after reviewing the necessary content sections. Otherwise, the quizzes can be taken in their entirety in another session. Users accessing the tutorial using dial-up modems or other time-restricted access methods should make sure they can complete the quizzes successfully in one session before they are timed out by their internet service providers.
