Daily Visits
School year campus tours and group information sessions are offered:
Monday - Friday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Beginning June 4, 2012 our visit schedule will be:
- Monday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m.
- Friday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Visitors are welcomed at the Barsema Alumni & Visitors Center (BAVC), located at 231 N. Annie Glidden Road. The Admissions reception desk at the BAVC is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to obtain a reduced-rate visitor’s parking permit ($2 vs. $5) from the Admissions reception desk at the BAVC that will permit you to park in the lot on the west side of the BAVC, off Stadium Ave.
Transfer Center Visitors: The Transfer Center currently sees students on a walk-in basis Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or schedule to attend a Transfer Tuesday. Students who are visiting the Transfer Center may wish to park closer to the Williston Hall Admissions Office (home of the Transfer Center) in the visitor’s parking lot at 200 Carroll Avenue, where the rate is $5 on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
