Once You Are Admitted ...
- Freshmen: the Office of Admissions must receive notification of your intent to enroll for the summer session 2008 and fall 2008 semester as quickly as possible. NIU Admissions will take your "Confirm" of plans to attend as long as space is available. If you do not confirm your attendance, you may forfeit your place in the 2008 freshman class.
- If you cannot attend, we will hold your transcripts and other supporting documents for one year. If you wish to attend NIU during a later semester, you must submit a new admission application and application fee.
- Freshmen must submit a final, official high school transcript upon graduation.
- Have you sent your official ACT scores to NIU? An official ACT score report (sent to NIU by ACT Inc.) or SAT score report (sent to NIU by the College Board) must be submitted. NIU's ACT code is 1102. NIU's SAT code is 1559.
