Plans for the rehabilitation of the Stevens Building include the following:
New Auditorium
- 200-400 seat auditorium
- Tiered seating
- State-of-the art teaching technology
General Building Upgrades
- Replacing roof
- Replacing heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Modernize the plumbing and electrical systems
- Expanding theater scene shop by 18,000 square feet
- Expanding Black Box Theatre by about 10,500 square feet
- Reconfiguring, remodeling and modernizing all classroom spaces and laboratories
