DeKalb — Northern Illinois University President John G. Peters will deliver his annual State of the University Address at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, in the auditorium of Altgeld Hall.
The speech is open to the public. The president’s address also is streamed live on the Internet at live.media.niu.edu.
