DeKalb — Northern Illinois University President John G. Peters will deliver his annual State of the University Address at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, in the auditorium of Altgeld Hall.
The speech is open to the public. A reception will be held in the auditorium foyer after the address.
