Delegation of Chinese educators
to visit NIU campus Monday, March 15
DeKalb — A delegation of 22 Chinese educators from Beijing will visit the Northern Illinois University campus Monday, March 15, to learn more about how NIU prepares teachers.
The group begins its day at the Milan Township One-Room Schoolhouse, where the visitors will learn more about NIU and the history of partnerships between the university and educational institutions in China. They move to Gabel Hall later in the morning, and will spend the afternoon at the Holmes Student Center.
SCHEDULE: 8:30 – 10 a.m. Milan Township One-Room Schoolhouse
10:15 – 11:35 a.m. Gabel Hall 222
1 to 5:50 p.m. Illinois Room, Holmes Student Center
