Outreach at 10: A Legacy of Engagement
With more than a decade at the helm of Northern Illinois University, President John Peters is widely credited with strong leadership in the face of relentless challenge. Energized by a vision of NIU as the nation's premier regional public university, Peters created NIU's Division of Outreach, Engagement and Information Technologies.
