Getting My OneCard

Off-Campus OneCard Request

Before completing the form, please verify all of the following:

  • You do not live in DeKalb or Sycamore
  • You do not have (or ever had) a previous OneCard
  • You are not trying to replace a lost or damaged OneCard
  • Your classes are ONLY at the off-campus locations (Naperville, Hoffman Estates, Rockford) and do not meet at the DeKalb campus

If any of the above are not met, you will need to contact the OneCard Office during regular business hours.

Cards will be sent to the NIU remote campus of your choice. You will need to show a photo id to pick up the card.

Forms submitted after 4:30 p.m. on Friday and throughout the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the first working day following that weekend. Delivery time to the remote campus will be 10 working days from the date received Monday through Friday or if submitted on a weekend 10 days from the first working day following that weekend.

Once you have submitted your form, the location you have selected to pick up your card cannot be changed.
