The OneCard ID Office is located on the lower level of the Holmes Student Center.  The Holmes Student Center is on the corner of Lucina Avenue and Normal Road in DeKalb, Illinois.  The OneCard ID Office is accross the hall from the University Bookstore and next to TCF Bank.
